Community Based Services are provided by qualified specialists with extensive experience.

Specialists assist individuals 18 years of age and older who have behavioral health challenges that require supportive care in their home and community.

Some examples of behavioral health challenges could be:

Difficulty with problem solving, managing stress and money management
Coping with daily life challenges
Medication compliance

Funding for these services are typically paid through:

Medicaid
Senior Living Trust Grant
County
Self-Pay
Some private insurance companies
