About Us

Seasons is a comprehensive Behavioral Health Center offering a broad range of psychiatric and behavioral health services to the people and communities in Northwest Iowa since 1959. Seasons is a registered 501(c)(3) organization.

Seasons Center is a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC).  As a CCBHC, our agency provides additional specialty supportive services for our clients emphasizing recovery, wellness, trauma sensitivity, and cultural and linguistic competence. With increased access to services, clients work closely with their Care Team to address treatment needs, basic primary care assessments, and support services alongside mental health and/or substance use treatment. Seasons works to collaborate with area law enforcement, schools, healthcare systems, and court systems in order to provide a more comprehensive, whole-person approach to care.

Seasons Center is accredited by COA Accreditation, a service of Social Current. COA Accreditation ensures that we are providing the very best possible services to our clients and is a mechanism that enables Seasons Center to continually improve and evaluate the way we deliver services.

Behavioral health and physical health go hand-in-hand. Behavioral health can directly impact the personal wellness, job satisfaction, productivity, involvement and overall health of each individual in the community. The health of each community member can affect the wellness and strength of the community as a whole.

At Seasons no one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay. There is a discounted/sliding fee schedule available based on family size and income.
