Seasons Center is providing in-person services.  Masks are optional and may or may not be worn based on personal preference and comfort level.

Please see the list below outlining our services and the most current status of each.  We encourage you to contact Seasons at 712.262.2922 or 800.242.5101 if you have questions or concerns regarding your appointment(s).

Psychiatry, Therapy, Substance Abuse Services, and Intensive Psychiatric Rehabilitation (IPR):  Seasons is offering in-person clinical services as well as telehealth services. We encourage all referral sources to ask their clients to contact Seasons at 712.262.2922 or 800.242.5101 with questions or concerns regarding their appointment(s).

Assertive Community Treatment (ACT): Seasons’ ACT team is providing services to clients via face-to-face appointments and telehealth sessions, dependent on client needs. ACT staff can be reached by calling 800.242.5101 Option 8.  

Mobile Crisis: Seasons continues to offer Mobile Crisis services to law enforcement, schools, hospitals, and clinics in the following counties: Buena Vista, Clay, Dickinson, Emmet, Lyon, Osceola, O’Brien, Palo Alto, Plymouth, and Sioux Counties.

School-Based Services:  Seasons is offering in-person school-based services in several area school districts.

Specialty Program Services: Specialty services such as peer support, health and wellness coaching, care coordination/case management etc. are being offered in-person and via telehealth. 

Respite Events and Camp Autumn: Seasons continues to offer respite opportunities at Camp Autumn.  Please contact Adam Lybarger at 712.262.2922 x1331 or alybarger@seasonscenter.org for referrals for respite. Seasons helps families access a variety of funding streams for respite services, and is also a CMH and ID Waiver respite provider.

Trainings and Events:  Seasons is offering community trainings both in-person and virtually.  Please watch our Facebook page or website events page for upcoming trainings & events.

The COVID-19 pandemic continues to create ongoing challenges in our communities.  Everyone’s experience has been different, but one thing we call all agree on: we need to continue to take care of ourselves, our family and our friends & neighbors. 

Seasons Center is here to meet the unique needs of individuals, families and communities that have been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.  Our COVID-19 Emergency Response for Suicide Prevention Team is dedicated to ensuring individuals are able to easily access behavioral health services and resources related to depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, isolation and other challenges that can lead to suicide and suicide attempts.
