We know that this may be a different experience for you and there may be some concerns in this method of service (privacy, use of technology, etc.). We want your experience to be valuable and positive for you, and so we strongly encourage you to keep your appointment and talk with your provider about any concerns you have. If you are not interested in or able to keep your appointment, we would ask that you please contact us so that your provider can connect with someone else during that time.

We recognize that times like this can be stressful and cause anxiety. We care about our clients and our communities, and we are here to help! Seasons is committed to continuing to provide exceptional services during the current COVID-19 public health emergency. The below outlines the steps we have taken to protect our clients and staff while still meeting the needs of clients:
Psychiatry, Therapy, Substance Abuse Services, and Intensive Psychiatric Rehabilitation (IPR): Effective 3.23.2020, Seasons moved to providing all clinical services via telehealth only. Current clients and patients have been or will be contacted by their provider or other Seasons staff. Evaluations for new clients and patients will be scheduled as telehealth evaluations. Our offices are not open to clients at this time.
Telehealth can be provided by either video with audio, or by audio only. Seasons is working with funding entities to identify resources for those clients that do not have access to telephone/video capability. We encourage all referral sources to ask their clients to contact Seasons at 712.262.2922 or 800.242.5101 with questions or concerns regarding their telehealth appointment(s).
Assertive Community Treatment (ACT): Seasons’ ACT team is also providing services to clients via telehealth only at this time, except in rare instances. In cases where face-to-face visits are necessary, additional precautions for staff and clients are implemented.
Crisis Line and Parent Talk Line: Our dedicated crisis staff continue to provide a 24/7 phone line. Crisis staff can be reached by calling 844.345.4569 OR 800.242.5101 Option 8.
Mobile Crisis: Seasons continues to offer Mobile Crisis services to law enforcement, hospitals, and clinics in the following counties: Buena Vista, Clay, Dickinson, Emmet, Lyon, Osceola, O’Brien, Palo Alto, Plymouth, and Sioux Counties. Mobile Crisis staff are following additional precautions as related to COVID-19.
BHIS: We are continuing to provide BHIS services in the schools and at Camp Autumn. At this time, services are provided via telehealth.
Specialty Program Services: Specialty services such as peer support, health and wellness coaching, care coordination/case management etc. are also being provided via telehealth. Staff in these programs are conducting additional outreach with clients to provide support during this time.
Iowa Domestic Abuse Program: While we are still accepting clients, Seasons’ IDAP program face-to-face groups are on a brief pause while we work with staff and the Department of Corrections regarding the logistics of offering this service.
Respite Events and Camp Autumn: Seasons is not hosting any respite events right now. However, at this time we are still planning on having Camp Autumn occur this summer. Please contact Adam Lybarger at 262.2922 x1331 or email@example.com with referrals for Camp.
Trainings and Events: Community trainings and events such as our Regional Training, Mental Health First Aid Trainings, and others have been postponed at this time. Please continue to watch our Facebook page for updates regarding when these are rescheduled.
