DECAT - Specialized Substance Abuse Treatment Program
The DECAT - Specialized Substance Abuse Treatment Program offers specialized substance abuse services to clients/families involves with the Department of Human Services (DHS) in select counties listed below. This program is by referral only - the client must be referred by a DHS worker within one of the counties.
Specialized services include:
- emergency substance abuse evaluation and timely evaluation summary report
- case management services with family case planning meetings
- care coordination of wraparound services
- discharge planning
