Internship Opportunities
Seasons Center provides a safe space for students to embrace the learning process and foster growth within the mental health field.
Bachelor level internships allow students to broaden their knowledge and understanding of mental health/social work. Students are empowered to fully embrace this opportunity of growth through observations, indirect and direct care, and experiencing the diversity of services provided within community mental health.
Master level internships allow students to build a solid foundation of knowledge within the mental health/social work field, develop strong counseling skills, conduct clinical assessments and tools to understand mental health needs and diagnoses, develop treatment and safety plans, complete clinical documentation, confidently diagnose, and strengthen knowledge and practice of evidenced based modalities and interventions to best serve clients.
PMHNP internships allow students to expand their knowledge of outpatient therapy, medication management, evidenced based modalities and interventions, and establishing a plan that best meets clients therapeutic and medication needs.
