Mobile Crisis Services

Crisis Phone Line
Seasons offers a 24/7 Crisis Phone by calling 800.242.5101. Callers speak with a professional who will provide support, screen for safety, stabilize the crisis, and provide appropriate referrals.

Mobile Crisis Services
Mobile Crisis services are available in Clay, Dickinson, Lyon, O’Brien, Osceola, and Palo Alto counties. The Mobile Crisis Team will be deployed when necessary to provide a face-to-face crisis screening/intervention. Though anyone may call the 24/7 crisis line, mobile crisis services are only available to law enforcement, hospitals, and medical clinics. Additionally, schools can access these services for students. In the event that  an individual calls the crisis line and is in need of immediate intervention, mobile crisis staff will work with law enforcement to assure the safety of all involved.

Care Coordination
The Mobile Crisis team provides ongoing stabilization services through care coordination for up to 60 days for individuals that have accessed mobile crisis services. The team assists the individual in obtaining outpatient mental health care with their own provider or be linked to a community resource for further  assessment and treatment.
Seasons provides free 24 hour crisis assistance with trained counselors available to help with life’s challenges and hardships. To speak to a crisis counselor call 1-800-242-5101.
