Leah is dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion, insight, and practical tools for change. She brings over 20 years of experience in the mental health field and uses thoughtful, practical approaches to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, grounded in a strong and supportive therapeutic relationship.
Leah primarily works with children and adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, trauma, and stress-related concerns. She strives to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to explore their thoughts, emotions, and lived experiences.
Leah’s goal is to help clients build resilience, develop healthy coping strategies, and move forward with greater confidence. She believes growth is possible for everyone and is committed to walking alongside her clients as they work toward meaningful and lasting change.
ABOUT
Leah has a son who is the light of her life. You can often find her at wrestling, trap shooting, or football games cheering him on. She also enjoys reading, cooking, shopping and spending time with her family and friends.
