EXPERIENCE
Kylie has spent the last year working as an outpatient therapist visiting with both children and adults. She has experience working with those with trauma, personality, depression, anxiety, and sexual disorders. Previously, she worked as a case manager for those suffering from SMIs and as an in-home service provider for individuals diagnosed with Schizoaffective Disorder.

Kylie likes to have as much fun as possible in her work setting, especially when working through such challenging things sometimes. She enjoys spending time with family and friends in her free time and she is an avid reader!

Chelsi joined Seasons Center in February 2015 where she works with children, adolescents, and adults. Chelsi is trained to do PCIT and EMDR and runs the Dialectical Behavioral Therapy Group in Spirit Lake.

About Chelsi
Chelsi is originally from Spring Valley, MN. She likes to play outside, go on adventures, knit/crochet a diverse assortment of hats, drink excessive amounts of coffee, throw a variety of dog toys in hopes herdog will retrieve (and return) them, and attempt to master the several impromptu hobbies she seems to pick up regularly.

Ben has a Bachelor of Psychology and a Masters of Professional Counseling. He has spent the last 25 years in pastoral counseling working in the areas of grief, couples, marriage and pre-marriage. For the past 8 years Ben has been a certified alcohol and drug counselor (CDAC) working in that field with all ages for transformational change. Ben loves to read and loves to learn.

Experience
Michelle has been in the mental health field for approximately 20 years. She started her work in the mental health field as a residential counselor with adolescent male sex offenders. From there she transitioned into being the facility’s social worker, in their day treatment program, working with at risk children and families both in the facility as well as providing in-home services. While completing her Master’s Degree in Human Services with a Specialization in Mental Health Counseling, Michelle provideed remedial and BHIS services.  In 2010, Michelle started mental health counseling through Hope Haven and remained there until joining Seasons Center in 2017. During that time she also received master’s level certification in Play Therapy and Marriage and Family Counseling.  Michelle is trained in DBT, CBT, PCIT, TF-CBT, EMDR, and Sand Tray Therapy. She is the Director of School Based Mental Health Services and the Therapy Specialist for Autumn’s Center. In addition to clinical work, Michelle is a trainer for Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) and is a provider for Seasons on-call mobile crisis team.
