EXPERIENCE
Noah has been a Home-Based Teacher with Head Start, a Youth Services Coordinator with the Minnesota Valley Action Council, a Family and Student Facilitator, and a School-Based Youth Services Worker in the Clay Central-Everly School District.
Noah specializes in working with children and adolescents navigating challenging periods in their lives. He supports youth and families experiencing major life transitions, traumatic experiences, anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, or relational difficulties. Noah’s goal is to create a safe, supportive space where children can begin to heal from the past while learning practical strategies to manage stress, discomfort, and emotional challenges.
Noah takes a flexible, child-centered approach to therapy, allowing each individual to move at a pace that feels both comfortable and empowering. Noah partners with clients to identify meaningful goals for therapy and supports children in developing coping, communication, and relationship skills that foster growth both in and outside of the therapy setting.
Above all, Noah believes children and adolescents are the experts in their own lives. His therapeutic approach emphasizes helping individuals feel seen, heard, understood, and respected. Through this work, clients have the opportunity to build confidence, strengthen resilience, and reconnect with the inner strengths that will help them navigate challenges on their journey in life.
